One of the amazing fact about your body is that we can change our body as you like. There are many things we can do in your body but the most important factor which is for your work is your height. Your height does affect your look and also boost your personality It is said that when your age gets over 18 or 20 then you can't increase your height. Yes, it's correct but not wholly. Your height will increase or not, it depends 90% on your genes means your height will similar to your mom & dad. But it's not required that your height will be as same as your parents. In some cases, you'll find that someone has more height that his parent or someone has less height than his parents.  You can call it your luck or anything. If you have good height and even after that if you wanna increase your height for getting more personality then you can!!! I'm sure you know how height affects your look.


1. To increase your height, you must have good posture.

To walk correctly means our spinal cord must be straight while walking. But many people walk by bowing their spinal cord which works as a barrier in height growth.


While sitting we must sit in a position which makes our spinal cord straight. We should sit straightly.
It is scientifically proved that " Bad posture leads to compression of your spine". This bad habit leads to compression of our spinal cord and also leads to the decrement of its length. There are many people who have a habit of walking tilted forward. In research, it is also found that "Good postures involve elongation of the spine means if you walk without being tilted then you'll have a great chance of elongation of your spine. It will keep your spine active and stretched. There's another benefit of it that good postures always keep our mind fresh and it can help us while studying. 'Acupressure' you may know about acupressure. Our body has many points which active the parts related to it after pressing it. For increasing heights, we have two points which we can press to gain heights. The first one is the front of our thumb.

According to the science, if you press these two pints then your pituitary gland get stimulated and start making HGH (human growth hormone) in more and more quantity which increases your height.




2. You must take the proteinous diet. 

Your dieting also affects your height means if you'll take high proteins in your diet then your body will make more cell-tissue and help you in growing. Proteins are considered as more helpful for our growth. You can take milk which is a great source of protein but if you are a non-vegetarian then you have many options of getting proteins like meat, fish, egg, etc. If you are a vegetarian then you the main choice is Soybean which you can get easily. For growing more and more we also need minerals like Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium which are major. The fruit in which we can get more calcium is 'banana'. Banana helps us to grow easily and it tastes awesome so we must eat it. If we talk about vegetables then we should prefer to green vegetable which does have dietary fibres and it helps in stimulating the HGH. 




3. Sleeping is required for everyone but it more required for growing our body.



There's a scientific fact that while sleeping our body releases a chemical which helps us in our growth and if you take less sleep then you won't get that chemical in sufficient amount which will not help in our growth but if we take sufficient sleep and body releases the chemical in sufficient amount then we will have chances to grow. If you have balance the chemical then you must take the sleep of 7-8 hours.

Pull-ups are the best exercise for increasing height. If you do pull-up daily then it will make your shoulder, arm and wrist strong. Pull-ups stimulate your body and send to signal to your brain to activate pituitary gland which secretes HGH. So, it is the best way to increase your height. There's another exercise which can help you that is 'hanging exercise'. Medical experts consider that gravity affects out height negatively and it squeezes our muscle. Hanging decrease the negative effect of gravity on our body and helps you grow faster. When you hang your body then it gets stretched and elongate our spinal cord. It is a fact that when you hang then your every muscle of your body get stretched and our body starts to transmit blood and oxygen to every muscle. If you ask for how much time I should hang then its answer is it depends on your capability.
